"Smarter regulation to grow the economy” – the key issues for employers

Join us for our latest free webinar on Wed May 17th at 12pm.

The Government has announced a number of employment law measures as part of a package of regulatory reforms. The stated intention is to grow the economy and cut costs for businesses.

The measures include removing reporting requirements from the Working Time Regulations 1998, introducing a new exception from the application of the TUPE Regulations to smaller businesses, and limiting non-compete clauses to three months.

We will be holding a short webinar about these measures. We will:

- Summarise the proposed measures;
- Discuss their likely impact; and
- Explain what businesses should be doing to prepare for the changes.
