Employment tribunals expect employers to show that they have undertaken a fair and thorough investigation of allegations of misconduct. Investigations can be time-consuming and complicated.
This workshop provides an understanding of the legal and best practice requirements necessary to conduct an investigation and hold a disciplinary.
The timings for the workshop are as follows:

11.40: Seminar & discussion followed by lunch
