Webinar: Managing Holiday on Return to Work

As the lockdown is beginning to ease and business operations start returning to "normal", one challenge will be how employers are going to manage issues surrounding their employees' annual leave.

In order to better equip employers to meet that challenge head-on, Robinson Ralph Limited will be hosting a webinar on Thursday 16 July at 1:00pm called ‘Managing Holiday on Return to Work'.

This webinar will focus on some frequently asked questions about annual leave and will also discuss the changes which have been introduced by the Working Time (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 which came into force in March.

We hope that by the end of this session you will have obtained the following:

· An understanding of the changes introduced by the Working Time (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020;
· An awareness of the obligations on an employer in relation to managing holiday; and
· An indication of what employers should consider when setting out a strategy for managing holiday.
